Pratibha Kirpalani-Baluch, President and Enrolled Agent

 

Pratibha is an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Enrolled Agents are America's Tax Experts® and the only federally licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation.

 

Enrolled Agents are required to demonstrate to the IRS their competence in all areas of taxation, representation, and ethics before they are awarded unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Unlike attorneys and CPAs, who are state-licensed and who may or may not choose to specialize in taxes, all Enrolled Agents specialize in taxation.

 

Pratibha received her undergraduate degree from the University of Mumbai, India. She was granted the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation by the state of Delaware in 2006 and earned the Enrolled Agent credential in 2009.
